The Marama Journal is owned and operated by Te Whetūmārama Nuku (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing through this website, you agree to the terms below.
We’ve kept them simple — our goal is transparency and care.

💫 Orders & Preorders

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You’ve reviewed all product information and preorder timeframes.

  • Payment is collected at checkout to secure your copy.

  • Preorders will be fulfilled once printing and shipping are complete (approx 3–4 weeks after preorder close).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

📦 Shipping

We package and ship from Tauranga, Aotearoa (New Zealand) once stock arrives from our printing partner. 
We’ll always do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur that are outside our control (e.g., postal or customs delays).

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
We reserve the right to adjust prices, products, or shipping rates at any time.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.
If your journal arrives damaged or with a printing fault, please email maramajournal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can help arrange a replacement or refund.

Use of Content

All journal content, photos, and designs are the intellectual property of Te Whetūmārama Nuku.
You may not reproduce or resell any material without written permission.
