Overview

Every Marama Journal is created with deep care and printed in small batches.
Because of the limited nature of each print run, all sales are final.
Please read through the details below before placing your order.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your journal arrives damaged or with a printing fault, please email maramajournal@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a short note explaining what happened.
We’ll do our best to make it right — either by sending a replacement or offering a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.


Change of Mind

Because preorders are printed to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please double-check your shipping address and details carefully before checkout.


Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
