Shipping Information
All Marama Journal orders are shipped from Tauranga, Aotearoa (New Zealand).
Once journals arrive in NZ, each order will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

New Zealand: 3–5 business days

Australia: 7–14 business days

Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Please note: these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal or customs delays.
Preorder Policy
When you purchase during the preorder period, you are reserving your copy from our first print run.
Payment is taken at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once printing and shipping are complete (approximately 3–4 weeks after preorder close).
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to this waiting period.
